Creating an easy and hassle free return policy is important to Nifty Doo. If you do not absolutely love the items you purchase, you have 30 days from the day you receive your package to send items back for a return or exchange. If a defective item is being returned you have 7 days from the day you receive your package to send items back for a return or exchange and qualify for return shipping fee reimbursement.

 

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. All packaging must be in tact. If the item has been removed from the packaging, the item is not eligible for returns and will not be processed. Items smelling of smoke, pet or containing pet hair will not be eligible for returns.

If you have quality issues with any of your items ordered, please contact us. Please ensure you are following all care instructions on the labels of each product and avoid doing something that will void the warranty. 

To complete your return, please Contact Us. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to Nifty Doo. Customer is also responsible for the package until it is delivered. Therefore, we recommend insuring your package.

EXCHANGES:
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us and we will check if we have the size needed in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, we will notify you by email and refund the item back to the original payment tender. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to Nifty Doo.

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow time for processing. You may inquire at any time during this process to check the status of a return.

If you have not received a refund, first check pending items on your account used to make the payment. It may take several days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time on their end before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us.
